Review:
This is a movie about Igor, an evil sidekick, who decides to "create" his own evil invention. A girl, sort of, named Eva. He wants her to be evil, but she gets brainwashed into being an actress. He spends his time trying to make her evil, but changes his mind and finds himself liking her. A cute movie. Kind of strange and has some language.
