So, she makes a plan to use an old Irish tradition and propose in Ireland on Leap Day, February 29th. Her plane is forced to land in Wales, and the comedy of errors begins. She finally finds someone who will drive her to Dublin. But, will they drive each other crazy first? Very cute movie.
